COPING WITH ANXIETY OR STRESS LIFE COACHING
We all live with anxiety and stress. Our goal is not to rid our lives of anxiety, but to learn how best to live with and cope with the anxiety in a healthy way. Much of our distress comes from previously learned unhealthy strategies for coping with anxiety. I will guide you to learning healthy coping strategies.
This package is appropriate for those without a diagnosed anxiety disorder yet who are suffering from daily life anxiety and stress.
This PACKAGE includes:
1. Six 50 minute online video sessions with Chris Shea. These sessions will identify the root cause of your anxiety, create and implement a specific anxiety coping plan of action, and guide you toward obtaining inner peace.
2. Once daily 5-minute text message “session” to check in and for encouragement.
3. Handouts and readings as needed and appropriate.
